Lecturas de Economía is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes papers contributing to the dissemination and advance of the Economics discipline in Colombia and Latin America. It considers theoretical, empirical and methodological studies emphasizing the social and economic problems of the region. Founded in 1980, the journal is included in EconLit, Thomson Reuters Web of Science (formerly ISI)-SciELO Citation Index, Publindex, Redalyc, Latindex, DOAJ, among other bibliographical databases and indices.
